What is Chewboxa?

Chewboxa is a subscription box for your dog! It contains a variety of USA sourced and made chews and treats, delivered to your door every month. It is the perfect opportunity for you to try new products for your pup. If you’ve got a chewer at home but you’re not sure what to try next, let us pick for you!

How does Chewboxa work?

When you sign up for Chewboxa you will be asked to answer some questions about your dog including their size, age, and any dietary restrictions they may have. Based on the information provided, and if you select a small dog or large dog box, we will create your dog’s Chewboxa including a variety of USA made chews that they can try that month.

My dog has allergies or dietary restrictions, can they still get Chewboxa?

Of course! When signing up for Chewboxa we will ask you to specify any allergies or dietary restrictions your pet has. Based on the information provided we will select appropriate chews to meet their needs.

When can I expect my Chewboxa to be delivered each month?

Your Chewboxa subscription payment will process on the same date each month and will be shipped out the following business day. Based on your location, you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days. When your box ships you will receive an email containing tracking information for your box.

How can I update my subscription or payment information?

Your subscription or payment information can be updated in your account. Please log into your account on NJPetSupply.com. Under “Account Details,” please click “Manage Subscriptions.” This will bring you to any active subscriptions you have. Here you can change information including shipping address, billing address, and payment information.

What happens at the end of my subscription?

You will receive an email letting you know your subscription is coming to an end. From there you will have the opportunity to renew your subscription or cancel. If you do not cancel at the end of your subscription term, your account will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the originally agreed upon price.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please log into your account. Under “Account Details” please click “Manage Subscriptions.” On this page you can view any active subscriptions you may have and choose to cancel them. You may also email our customer service team at hello@chewboxa.com if you need assistance cancelling a subscription.

Can I send Chewboxa as a gift?

Absolutely! Chewboxa is a great gift for other pet-parents. To send Chewboxa as a gift, when filling out the information for your box be sure to check the box stating it is a gift. You will be asked if you would like to include a note in the box. Complete the rest of the information for the subscription. At checkout, be sure to fill out the shipping information for the person to whom you are gifting the box. Billing information will be your information. The gifted box will not auto-renew once the selected subscription duration has ended.
